Terms of Service for "Context Translator Pro 2"

1. Scope of Agreement 

The add-on acts as a software bridge between Google Sheets and the DeepL™ API. By purchasing via Gumroad, you acquire a license to use this software interface (the add-on), but not the translation service itself. 

2. DeepL™ Account & Costs 

To use the add-on, you must provide your own DeepL™ API key (Free or Pro). All costs incurred by using the DeepL™ Pro API (e.g., by translating large volumes of text) are the sole responsibility of the user. The developer of this add-on assumes no liability for any third-party API costs.

3. Disclaimer of Liability for Translations 

The add-on merely forwards your texts to DeepL™. The developer assumes no warranty or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or professional suitability of the translations generated by the AI.

4. Licenses and Refunds 

The purchase and processing of the license take place via the Gumroad platform. Sharing your license key with unauthorized third parties is prohibited and may result in the license being permanently revoked or blocked.
